Before pilot registration opens
The registration service must show a dated privacy notice before displaying personal-information fields, invoking Turnstile, storing information or forwarding it. Any applicable consent must be recorded against that notice version.

Operational records
The hosting and edge providers may create ordinary security and operational logs. Their fields, access and retention require review before public activation.
